Bold and Spicy Cole Slaw
1/2 cup Texas Sassy Vinaigrette
2 Tbsp Texas Sassy Mustard Sauce
4 cups shredded Cole Slaw Mix
Juice of 1/2 large lemon
Sea or Kosher salt to taste just before serving
Coarsely ground pepper to taste just before serving
1/2 red onion, peeled, halved, and thinly sliced
In bowl combine all ingredients. Toss and refrigerate for 5-10
mins. or until ready to serve.

4 cups shredded Cole Slaw Mix
1/2 to 1 Tbsp. Texas Sassy Mustard Sauce or to taste

Spicy Pepper Slaw
1/3 cup Texas Sassy Vinaigrette
1 pound shredded slaw mix
1/2 red onion, peeled, halved, and thinly sliced
1 lg red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1/4 cup banana peppers
kosher salt and pepper just before serving.
In a medium bowl combine cabbage, red onion, bell pepper, and banana
peppers. Toss with Texas Sassy Vinaigrette. Season with salt
and pepper to taste just before serving.

Texas Sassy Salad
1 bottle Texas Sassy Vinaigrette
2 oz pine nuts
5 cups assorted greens
1 cup scallions, sliced
1 large orange, cut in 1-inch chunks
1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1 cup cilantro, chopped
Heat a non-stick skillet. Toast pine nuts until brown, about 5 minutes. In a large bowl, mix together the greens, scallions, orange chunks, feta and half each of the cilantro and pine nuts (you'll use the remainder as garnish). Drizzle plenty of Texas Sassy Vinaigrette and toss. Divide onto plates and garnish with remaining cilantro and pine nuts.

Texas Sassy Spinach Salad
2 Tbsp Texas Sassy Vinaigrette
1/4 c Walnuts, finely chopped
2 cups Baby Spinach Leaves
1 cup scallions, sliced
1/4 cup dried cranberries (can use fresh strawberries)
Feta or goats cheese
_
Combine walnuts, fruit, scallions and spinach. Drizzle Texas Sassy Vinaigrette and toss.
Top with crumbled cheese.

Texas Sassy
Tomato Cucumber Salad
1/2 container of grape tomatoes halved or your favorite tomato
1 Cucumber, small (medium chunks)
1 Red Onion, small (finely chopped)
2-4 Tbsp Texas Sassy Vinaigrette
1/4 cup Jalapeno Peppers finely chopped to add a special kick.
Combine all ingredients and toss. Top with Feta Cheese.
