1 tbsp Texas Sassy Pickle Sauce
6 oz. Orange Juice
1 shot Vodka

1-1/2 oz. Tequila; 1/2 oz. Grand mariner
1 part Margarita Mix
1 tbsp Olive Juice
1 tsp Texas Sassy Pickle Sauce

Shake and serve in salted martini glass, lime and orange wedge. The Sassy Sauce adds extra body and a unique flavor!

2 oz. Vodka
_ oz Texas Sassy Sauce
Dash of Cocktail Onion Juice
Shake with ice and pour through strainer

1 bottle "First Call" Bloody Mary Mix
3 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp Tabasco
1 Tbsp White Pepper
3 Tbsp Texas Sassy Pickle Sauce

Garnish with pickle chip, a lemon, and a lime.

Cherrell's Texas Sassy Cook'n Sauce
1/2 cup Ketchup
1/8 to 1/4 cup Texas Sassy Pickle Sauce (depending on thickness desired)
1 Tbsp Dark Brown Sugar

Put 1 or 2 spoons of sauce on your fish or meat & veggies (especially in corn). Great as a veggie dip.

Texas Sassy Deviled Eggs
Boil 12 eggs until done. Cut eggs lengthwise and separate the yolk from the whites placing the yolks into a bowl and placing the white on a platter for serving.

Mash egg yolks with fork until fine, crumbly texture (optional, use a blender). Add miracle whip to taste and desired texture (about 1/2 cup). Add 1-2 Tbsp of Texas Sassy Pickle Sauce. Blend with fork or blender until creamy. Fill egg whites and sprinkle with paprika for color.

Texas Sassy Grilled Corn on the Cob
Shuck and place corn in a foil pan. Coat the ears with butter. Place the pan on the grill rack so that it is not directly over the flames. Grill until tender. Drizzle with Texas Sassy Pickle Sauce to add just the right amount of spice.

Texas Sassy Spicy Tomatoes
Slice ripe tomatoes about 1/4" thick. Drizzle Texas Sassy Pickle Sauce over them and let stand for 30 minutes. Garnish with feta cheese.

Grill Salmon your favorite way and while still hot, drizzle with Texas Sassy Pickle Sauce.

Geno's Grilled Salmon
Form an aluminum plan allowing enough room for the fillet with mushrooms (sliced 1/3's or _'s) encircling it. Squeeze the juice of 2 lemons over the salmon. Add salt, pepper, and garlic powder onto the salmon. Pour Texas Sassy Pickle Sauce lightly over the fillet. Pour K.C. Masterpiece Honey Teriyaki lightly over the mushrooms.

Grilled 10-15 minutes (depending on the heat of the grill).

Glee's Orange Roughy Crusted with Nuts
2 Pieces of Orange Roughy, 1/8 Cup Texas Sassy Pickle Sauce, Olive Oil Spray, Nuts (pecans, pine nuts or pistachio nuts) finely chopped

Spray a pan with PAM and place fish in the pan. Pour Texas Sassy Pickle Sauce over the fish, cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Remove fish from pan, spray with olive oil and cover with nuts.
Bake 20 minutes until fish flakes then broil on Low Heat for 5 minutes.
Serve with vegetables and Texas Sassy Salsa Marinade on the side.
