Slightly beat egg in small mixing bowl; stir in pickle liquid and water. Lightly cover pickles with flour mix, then dip in egg mix, then dip in corn meal. Put pickles in oil until golden brown (2-3 minutes). Do not crowd the pickles while frying. Drain and serve immediately. Dip with Blue Cheese or Ranch Dressing. Fried Pickle Chips Heat oil to 350 degrees F over medium heat. Slightly beat egg in small mixing bowl with milk, 1 Tbsp flour and pickle liquid. Pour the flour on a large plate or baking pan. Add pepper to mix. Dip the drained pickles into the egg and milk mixture and then dredge in the flour mixture. Drop a few pickles at a time into the hot oil and fry until they float (2-3 mins.)
