Texas Sassy Pickle Chips with Cream Cheese
Take a block of cream cheese and pour Texas Sassy Pickle Chips on it and serve with crackers or apple slices.

Texas Sassy Corn Meal Fried Pickle Chips
Salad Oil, 1 cup self-rising flour; 1 cup water, 1/2 cup corn meal, 1 egg, 1 Tbsp. Texas Sassy Pickle Juice, 1 jar of Texas Sassy Pickle Chips, drained.

Heat oil to 375 degrees F. Slightly beat egg in small mixing bowl; stir in pickle liquid and water. Lightly cover pickles with flour mix, then dip in egg mix, then dip in corn meal. Put pickles in oil until golden brown (2-3 minutes). Do not crowd the pickles while frying. Drain and serve immediately. Dip with Blue Cheese or Ranch Dressing.

Fried Pickle Chips
1 Qt. Vegetable Salad Oil, 3-1/2 cups all-purpose flour, 1 cup milk, 1 egg, 1 Tbsp. Texas Sassy Pickle liquid, 3/4 tsp pepper, 2 jars of Texas Sassy Pickle Chips, drained.

Heat oil to 350 degrees F over medium heat. Slightly beat egg in small mixing bowl with milk, 1 Tbsp flour and pickle liquid. Pour the flour on a large plate or baking pan. Add pepper to mix. Dip the drained pickles into the egg and milk mixture and then dredge in the flour mixture. Drop a few pickles at a time into the hot oil and fry until they float (2-3 mins.) Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on a rack, paper towel or brown bag. Serve immediately. Dip with Blue Cheese or Ranch Dressing.

Karen's Sassy Coleslaw Kicker
Heat the juice from Texas Sassy Pickle Chips. Add a touch of vegetable oil and then pour over your favorite coleslaw recipe, then refrigerate. Serve with smoked pork ribs.
