March, 2005: San Antonio Home & Garden Show, San Antonio, TX. We first introduced our new look at the Winter Fancy Food Show in San Francisco in January, 2005. Everyone loved it. We then started making the rounds in Texas, familiarizing people with our new look.

Summer, 2005: First New York Show. First Fancy Food Show we attended was the Winter Show in San Francisco in Jan., 2005. New York was our second show. Each time we go we grow a bit more.
